Bastiel is a brash, loud, and at times obnoxious elph that knows what he wants and doesn't let anyone or anything stand in his way to get it. A born leader with big ideas and even bigger schemes, he eschewed the "polite" society of his home in Labrys to find himself in the danker caverns of the New Orleans underworld above. His more unique size and innate ability to not be seen by many allows him as much potential advantage as his natural history proportionally disadvantages, but, in the end, this little bastard will pick your lock and pilfer your goods before you have much chance to consider either.
